What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent can also take actions — calling APIs, updating records, searching data, and chaining several steps together to complete a task on its own or with human approval.
Which AI models do you use for agents?
I work with OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini, and choose per use case based on reasoning quality, tool-calling reliability, speed, and cost.
