What is a RAG chatbot?
RAG stands for Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Before answering, the chatbot searches your own documents for the most relevant passages and gives them to the AI model, so answers are based on your real content rather than the model's general knowledge.
Can the chatbot be added to my existing website?
Yes. I can deliver it as an embeddable widget for any website (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom sites) or build it directly into a React or Next.js application.
How do I keep the chatbot's knowledge up to date?
I include an admin panel or an automatic sync so new pages and documents are re-indexed, keeping answers current without rebuilding the chatbot.
